Do I need an account to send files?

No. Without an account, you send up to 5 GB per transfer, available for 7 days. The free account goes up to 10 GB and up to 15 days, and adds download tracking.

Is there a monthly transfer limit?

No, there is no monthly quota. The limits only apply to the size of each transfer and how long it stays available.

Can I use the free plan for my business?

Yes. Photographers, agencies, freelancers: the free plan is fine for business use too.

Does my recipient need to install anything?

No. They open the link in their browser and download the files one by one, or all together in a ZIP archive, with no account and no app.

What happens to my WeTransfer links?

Nothing changes on WeTransfer: your old links stay valid until they expire. Just send your next transfers from Alltransfers.

Where are my files stored?

In the European Union, with Cloudflare. They are deleted when the link expires, and you can delete a transfer at any time from your account.
