Which formats can I send?
All of them: DWG, DXF, RVT, IFC, SKP, PLN, PDF, images and videos. Files are neither converted nor compressed.
Do contractors need an account?
No. They open the link and download the files, one by one or all together.
How long do the drawings stay online?
7 days without an account. With a free account, up to 15 days, and you can push the date back from your dashboard for as long as the project runs.
What about a point cloud?
Beyond 10 GB, split the survey into several transfers or write to us for a custom plan.
Can I send the link by email?
Yes. With a free account, choose "Send by email": your recipient gets the link directly, with your message, the number of files and the expiry date. Up to 10 email sends per day; otherwise, copy the link and paste it anywhere.
