What photographers ask us most.

Are my photos compressed?
No. JPEG, RAW or TIFF files arrive exactly as you sent them, with their metadata.
How long does the gallery stay available?
7 days without an account. With a free account, you pick the date, up to 15 days, and you can push it back from your dashboard.
Can I send a full wedding?
In JPEG, yes: a wedding usually fits in the 10 GB of a free account. The RAW files of a wedding often exceed that size: send them in several transfers, or write to us for a custom plan.
Can I use the free plan for my business?
Yes, business use is allowed. That is not the case everywhere: WeTransfer's free plan, for example, is for non-commercial use only.
Can I send the link by email?
Yes. With a free account, choose "Send by email": your recipient gets the link directly, with your message, the number of files and the expiry date. Up to 10 email sends per day; otherwise, copy the link and paste it anywhere.
