Is my video re-encoded?
No. Alltransfers does not touch your files: MP4, MOV, ProRes or RAW files arrive exactly as you sent them.
What size can I send?
5 GB per transfer without an account, 10 GB with a free account. For heavier footage, send it in several transfers or write to us for a custom plan.
Does my client need to install anything?
No. They open the link in their browser and download the file, with no account or app.
Why not Smash?
Smash works well, but on its free version transfers over 2 GB go after subscribers'. On Alltransfers, no transfer is queued.
Can I send the link by email?
Yes. With a free account, choose "Send by email": your recipient gets the link directly, with your message, the number of files and the expiry date. Up to 10 email sends per day; otherwise, copy the link and paste it anywhere.
