Are my PDFs changed?
No. Alltransfers does not touch the files: profiles, fonts, bleed and resolution stay identical.
Can my clients send me their files?
Yes. Create a file request with your free account and send the link: all your clients can drop their files there, without an account.
What size for a banner or a catalog?
Up to 5 GB without an account, 10 GB with a free account: enough for most jobs, sources included.
How long do files stay available?
7 days without an account, up to 15 days with a free account. After that, they are deleted from our servers.
Can I send the link by email?
Yes. With a free account, choose "Send by email": your recipient gets the link directly, with your message, the number of files and the expiry date. Up to 10 email sends per day; otherwise, copy the link and paste it anywhere.
